Where we are
You will find our Canadian office at 1176 Sherbrooke St W, right in the heart of downtown Montreal. Being here, rather than offshore somewhere, keeps us close to the players we actually serve.
Customer service hours
Support never clocks off. Round the clock, seven days, and it makes no difference whether you are in Halifax or Vancouver. Whenever you write, a trained agent is on the other end, ready for questions, technical snags, anything to do with your account.
Response times
